We have a responsive on-site maintenance team available 24/7 for emergencies. Routine requests can be entered online through the Resident Portal or resident application on a smartphone.

You do not need to be present for our maintenance technicians to perform work in your apartment home.

You may visit the office during business hours for access back into your home. If you should find yourself locked out after hours, you may contact the emergency maintenance number at (844) 638-8729. (Identification is required for entry and a fee may be billed to your account for after hours lock-outs.)

We offer assigned parking in an attached parking garage. 1-2 spaces are included depending on the number of bedrooms in your home. Additional spaces may be available for an extra monthly amount. Please reach out to our leasing office for more information.

The pool and pool deck is open from 8am - 9pm year round.

We are pet friendly, and offer several amenities for the furry members of your family. Please see Amenities page on our website for more information.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments, however, we do provide flexible lease terms for short-term housing needs. Please contact the office for more details.

Our homes feature stainless steel kitchen appliances (refridgerator with filtered water & ice dispenser, electric stovetop ovens, digitial dishwashers & microwaves), garbage disposals, and Full Sized Washer/Dryers.

Most applications are approved within 24-48 hours, but this may vary based on several factors.

The preferred and most convenient method of payment is online through the Resident Portal, or on the resident portal application on any smartphone.

At lease signing, you will be able to select 1 of 2 early lease termination options. Please reach out to the leasing office if you would like more information.

For electric, you will contact Florida Power & Light (FPL). Water & Sewer charges are billed by a third party based on consumption, and these charges will reflect on your monthly resident statement to be paid in addition to total monthly rent.

Windsor at Doral's district is home to top rated public & charter schools. The elementary school is John I. Smith K-8 Center, the middle school is Ruben Dario, the high school is Ronald W. Reagan high school.

We are located walking distance to Downtown Doral and less than 1 mile from CityPlace Doral, both of which provide eclectic dining, shopping & entertainment options. We are 5 miles from the Dolphin Mall, 10 miles to Dadeland Mall & 12 miles to Brickell City Centre.

We accept walk ins, however scheduling an appointment will better allow us to schedule time towards your community tour. You are able to Schedule a Tour through our website as well.
